Every part of the process.
Room to go further.

From finding the right component to seeing a program change the circuit, Designer keeps the practical details within reach.

01 / Mool · Code meets circuit

Write the response.
Watch the result.

A button press. A changing sensor input. An LED that follows your program. Mool connects supported C/Arduino-style code to the electrical behavior of ESP32 and STM32 models, so you can explore what your circuit does while you design it.

Start from a control example or write your own logic. Select the microcontroller, press Program and use Run to follow the response. Your programmed source and editor drafts stay with the board, ready for the next session.

React to the circuit

Start with something useful
Try examples for temperature control, sensor processing, pulse handling and feedback control.

02 / Live 3D · A working view

A board you can see.
A response you can follow.

Bring the physical arrangement and circuit behavior into the same view. Inspect component placement, see supported LEDs respond, watch motors turn and interact with controls while the board is running.

Keep electrical readings and reported issues close to the design. When an input changes, you can follow its effect across the circuit instead of interpreting the program and layout in isolation.

03 / Layout · From part to placement

Stay with the idea.
Keep the tools close.

Saad brings the parts library to your canvas. Search by part, value or package, choose a component and place it where the design needs it. The library spans everyday passives, connectors, sensors, power components and microcontrollers.

Use Setu to draw connections, shape the board outline and refine the arrangement with direct selection tools. Move, rotate, duplicate and align your work with grid snapping, then keep related boards together in one project.

04 / Analysis & review

Ask better questions.
Make informed changes.

Move between schematic views, electrical-rule checks and board checks as the design develops. Explore DC, AC and transient RC analysis, or use the impedance calculator to investigate a design choice. These tools give you more context for the next revision.

  • Schematic labels and named nets
  • Electrical and PCB design checks
  • DC, AC and transient RC analysis
  • Microstrip and differential impedance calculations

05 / A workspace of your own

Bring the panels you need into view and give the canvas the space it deserves. Float or dock panels, change colors, remap tool shortcuts and tune how zoom and pan respond. Saved local preferences make it easy to return to a familiar working environment.

  • Zoom, pan and navigation sensitivity
  • Saved navigation presets

06 / Export & ownership

Keep the source.
Prepare the handoff.

Your editable design and Mool programs stay in the local .tamas project. Export creates a dedicated build folder with manufacturing artwork, drill data, assembly information and review material, making the next handoff easier to organize.

04 / Good to know

A few useful
answers.

What can I do in Unmild Designer?

Design PCB layouts, arrange multiple boards, write supported microcontroller programs in Mool, explore behavior in Live 3D, review design checks and export manufacturing files. It’s one desktop workspace for the board and what it does.

How does Mool work?

Mool runs a supported C/Arduino-style subset for ESP32 and STM32 models against the connected circuit. Choose a part, write or load an example and press Program. Programs and drafts are saved with the board. Running a sketch in Mool does not require an external compiler.

What does Live 3D show?

The board and its placed components in three dimensions, with live behavior for supported parts during Run. See LEDs respond, motors turn and controls affect the circuit while following readings and reported issues.

Can I use Designer offline?

Core design, local project saving, Mool and exports work on your computer without a Designer account or AI API key. Downloading the app, Store services, external links and contacting support use the internet.

Where are my projects and exports?

Your project lives in the folder you select. The editable board uses the .tamas format, and File → Export PCB package writes output to a build folder within the project. Keep the project folder backed up.

Can I change the workspace?

Yes. Customize colors, tool shortcuts, zoom and pan behavior, and arrange floating or docked panels. Designer saves your local preferences for the next session.

Where can I get it, and what does it cost?

Visit Unmild Designer on the Microsoft Store for current pricing, availability and installation details. For a product or purchase question, contact UNMILD.

How is Designer related to UNMILD?

Designer is UNMILD’s dedicated electronics design product. It has its own workspace and purpose, alongside the other tools at unmild.store.
